RACER GROUPS

CLASS 1 & 9 – Unlimited engine displacement. Unlimited modification. Transaxle, 2wd, Tube frame, Offroaders.  Also Baja Bugs/Cars – Unlimited horsepower. Unlimited modification. Must closely resemble production vehicle model.

CLASS 8 – Unlimited engine type and displacement. 2 Wheel Drive.

CLASS 8 – Unlimited engine type and displacement. 4 Wheel Drive.

CLASS 4 – Stock 4×4 modified to suit the racetrack  – Specs in ORANZ rulebook.

CLASS 8 – All 2WD Stadium Style Trucks that are ProLite formula as defined by ORANZ rulebook.

CLASS 3 – Limited engine displacement of 1650cc. Unlimited engine modification. Transaxle, 2wd, Tube frame, Offroader.

CLASS 5 – Limited engine displacement of 1332cc. Unlimited engine modification. Any Transaxle, 2wd, Tube frame, Offroader.

CLASS C – Standard aircooled VW 1600cc engine. No engine modifications. Early VW Transaxle, Standard VW front suspension. 2wd, Tube frame, Offroader.

CLASS 7 – Engine with displacement of up to 1200cc. No engine modifications. Early VW Transaxle, Standard VW front suspension. 2wd, Tube frame, Offroader.

CLASS 10 – Unlimited motorcycle engine size. Spaceframe chassis – see ORANZ rulebook for specs

CLASS U – UTV maximum displacement limited to 1000cc, 2wd or 4wd.

CLASS S – UTV turbocharged manufacturer UTV Class.

CLASS J – Limited horsepower. Limited modification. Lawnmower engines in full spaceframe suspended Kart. Entry Level “Kids” Class

CLASS M – Same frame, suspension and body as Kiwitrucks, but  with more horespower (250cc) and sequential gearbox.

CLASS ST – Same frame, suspension and body as Kiwitrucks, but  with more horespower (300cc) and sequential gearbox.

CLASS E – Kiwitrucks, but up to 450cc engines and sequential gearbox.
